Jesus Christ says that you must be Born Again

"Matthew 28:20 Teaching them to observe (do) all things whatsoever I (Jesus Christ) have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen. 2 Corinthians 7:1 ... dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God."

Every infant is born with a soul inside the body. Babies grow and then they commit sins. Few of them repent for sins and ask God for help. So, the spirit of God gives birth to holy spirit into the person to cover the soul. This is called born again or born of the spirit. It is followed by born of water, which is born of the word of God, and born of God. These three births qualifies him to be a child of God, son of God and bride of Christ respectively and they inherit New Earth, New Heaven or New Jerusalem.

Jesus Christ says that you must be Born Again

Brothers and Sisters, the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ be upon you.

What is born again? In John 3:7 Jesus Christ says marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. Now a days, most Christians are considered born again. When a man says that he is born again, he is accepted as born again. There is no standard to verify whether he is truly born again or not. We think that born again happens when a man says he is sorry, when he comes to church, or such things. These incidents are not born again. John 3:1 says there was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews: Pharisees are as evangelical Christians. A ruler of the Jews is same as a pastor of a big church. 2 The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him. See, Nicodemus has accepted Jesus as a Rabbi, teacher of the word, came from God, and God is with him. In spite of these friendly praises, in vs 3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. He implies that Nicodemus is not born again and he will not see the kingdom of God. 4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old. Nicodemus agreed with him and asked Jesus how to be born again. Point #1: According to what Jesus Christ told Nicodemus, even pastors, board members and leaders of evangelical churches, who are very zealous in ministry, who have accepted Jesus Christ as Son of God, God, Messiah, and so on, as great as they are, even they may not be born again. Point #2: If such a man as Nicodemus is not born again, then who could be born again?

Born again is spirit birth. It is like, a baby is born, but the birth pain is endured not by a mother, but by the person himself in repenting with broken heart. Again, born again appears to be a one time event as child birth. But the Bible uses the word 'born' again and again. So it is more than one event and we see three stages, or levels, or ranks or status or positions in born again. First, a believer is born of the spirit, and he is called the child of God. Second, he is born of water, which is the word of God, and he is called the son of God. Third, he is born of God and he is called the bride of Christ. Heaven also given to them according to their ranks. Children of God will go to New Earth, sons of God will go to New Heaven, bride of Christ will be New Jerusalem. But, where will non-Christians go? We will study it.

The first step of born again is to be born of the spirit. What is born of the spirit? Jesus Christ says in John 3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Here, Jesus Christ says that a man has two births. One is of the flesh, and the next is of the spirit. When a baby is born, we see the infant body, but a soul is inside the body according to Matt 10:28 and many other scriptures. At spirit birth or when we are born again, the Spirit of God gives birth to the holy spirit into our body adjacent to our soul and we may say that the spirit is nested with our soul in our body. Now let us study what the spirit is. This spirit is the first day creation of God and it is called light in Gen 1:3&4. Jesus Christ will give this light or spirit to anybody in the world if they repent and ask him a/c John 1:9 & Matt 4:17. It says From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. Luke 11:9 I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; 13... your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him? And John 4:10, 8:12, Matt 5:14-16 & 7:7-11 say the same. This spirit is holy spirit, a/c to Luke 11:13, Eph 1:13, 4:30, & 1 Thes 4:8. This spirit is also called the spirit of man a/c to 1 Cor 2:11, Prov 20:27, Eccl 3:21, & Zec 12:1. This holy spirit is not God, but it is given by God to help repented people to live a holy life. As and when this spirit takes resident with the soul, the person is considered a living soul a/c to Gen 2:7. Now, this person is born again and he has the status as a child of God and he sees the kingdom of God a/c to John 3:3. But if a person does not have the spirit, God says he is a dead person a/c to Eph 2:1&5 and many other verses, even though his body lives with the soul. He lives in sins and iniquities and it is the sign of the dead.

God is also Light, but he is the creator. God is the light as the Sun and the light of man is like a candle that can be quenched by man. When Jesus Christ took water baptism, the heavens were opened unto him, and the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him a/c to Matt 3:16. Here, the Spirit lights a person for the spirit to be in him. Again we see that Jesus Christ lighteth every man that cometh unto him from the world a/c to John 1:9. Jesus Christ lights a person, means that Jesus Christ makes him a candle light by giving the spirit to the person. Then, Jesus Christ tells the born again men in Matt 5:14-16 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. 15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. 16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven. Here we see that a born again man will shine as a light before other men and others see his good works. He is created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them a/c to Eph 2:10. John 8:12 Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. They who have the light and follow Jesus Christ, are those who obey him, or obey the word of God. They will not walk in darkness, means they will not commit sin. This light stays in them, teach them the word of God, makes them sons of God and leads them to heaven.

John 3:3 Jesus said, except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. In vs 6 he refers, that born of the Spirit is spirit. So, if a person is born of the spirit, he can see the kingdom of God. We saw that born again is the birth of holy spirit into a person. Even if the person, is an adult or an old man, when his spirit is just born, he is an infant, and he is a child of God. In vs 5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. So, they have to be born of water also, in order to enter into the kingdom of God. How to be born of water? 1 Pet 1:23 Being born again, etc, by the word of God. Here it says to be born by the word of God. Eph 5:26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word. Here it says that water is the word of God and we must be sanctified and be cleansed with it. 1 Peter 2:2 As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby: Here word of God is milk. It is for food and nourishment to the baby to grow. If the baby studies the word of God and walk by it, the baby grows as he drinks milk, and he becomes clean and pure as he is washed by water. So, he is born again by the word of God, or born of water. Now he is son of God and he can enter into the kingdom of God.

Jesus Christ also taught another scripture to his disciples. Matt 7:14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it. Find the way that leadeth to life is the same as seeing the kingdom of God as in John 3:3. Jesus Christ says that just a few will find it. Luke 13:23 Disciples asked Jesus, Lord, are there few that be saved? And he said unto them, 24 Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able. Just a few see the kingdom. From this few, only a few, who strive, will enter. Those who look for easy ways to enter will not enter heaven. They will fall victims to deceivers. Instead of obeying the Bible they listen to the preachers. 1 Peter 2:8 A stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence, even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient: That is, if they disobey the word of God, Jesus Christ will make them stumble as the rock of offense. So, even after they are born again, most of them fall since they do not obey the word of God. 1 Thes 5:19 says Quench not the Spirit. But, most of them quench the spirit. We call them backsliders. Heb 10:38&39 says backsliders will enter into perdition, which happens to Satan. So, they go to hell and to the lake of fire. But those who obey the word of God will be born of water and they will enter New Heaven in the status of being sons of God.

So far we saw two positions of born again. They are (1) born of the spirit, and they go to New Earth, (2) born of water, water is word of God, and they go to New Heaven. They will be as angels, but in the status of sons of God. If you qualify for this status, your next call is: 1 John 3:2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. Here, Jesus Christ will appear in his second coming. We, who shall be like him, is the Bride of Christ or New Jerusalem. What should we do to attain this level? Vs 3 Every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure. How to purify ourselves as pure as Jesus Christ? He is without sin. 1 John 3:9 Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God. 1 John 5:4.. whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: 18 We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; They are born of God and they are perfect as Jesus Christ because the seed of God remains in them. So, we must have the seed of God in us. John 14:23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. If you love God and keep his word, God the Father and Jesus Christ will abide in you. As omnipresent God, he cannot enter in us, so, he enter us as seed and remains in us. Then we will be pure as Jesus Christ is pure. We will be transformed into his glory when he come to gather his bride. We, the candle light, will grow to be like the sun, that is like Jesus. This is the third rank in born again status. Then we will see him at his second coming, as his bride, with all of his glory.

Look at the present situation of Christians. They sing the song 'oh, how I love Jesus' in churches, evangelical meetings and everywhere. Everybody sings very enthusiastically and it is very good to hear. The problem is that they believe their own song and think that they love Jesus Christ. Then, they teach the cliché that Jesus lives in my heart. Christians repeat this cliché and believe that Jesus Christ lives in their heart. This is lie and total deception. Loving God is not to sing the song. Mark 12:30 thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: This is good enough explanation to show how should we love God. If this is not enough, Jesus Christ says, if ye love me, keep my commandments in John 14:15. Obeying his commandments is loving God. If you obey, it is proof that you love him. Then, his seed will come and abide in you. How do you verify whether the seed of God lives in you or not? If he lives in you, you will not and cannot commit sin. Then it is proof that he lives in you. Then you are the Bride of Christ. So, don't believe the fake songs and fake clichés. Repent for the fake life. Begin to obey his Commandments. You will be born again and again and again until you will qualify heaven with the glory of either a son of God or the bride of Christ.

Believers write to me often whether born again people commit sin or not. My answer is this. Born again is a process. It is to be born as a baby, drink milk, exercise obedience, and growing. At this stage, yes, they may commit sin. But their goal will always be holiness, but not to settle in a place where they can sin. As they mature, they become sons of God or bride of Christ. Then they will not and they cannot commit sin. My answer is: Born again children may commit sin, sons will not commit sin, and the bride cannot commit sin.

Let me mention another pitfall. Ordinary sinning Christians are told that they are special in the eyes of Jesus Christ and most people trust the preachers, since it feels so good. A Christian thinks that Jesus Christ loves him so much and so he died for his sins as propitiation, and Jesus Christ is his advocate and his intercessor for his sins with the Father and so he will go to heaven. It is not true. The Bible says that God is not a respecter of persons and he does not have any crush on anybody. He has special love for those who obey him and God dwells in them a/c to John 14:23. Other than that any individual man is just a person in the whole world and no one is special to God. But preachers reap a good reward by telling people this lie that they are special in the sight of God. John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, Here it says God so loved the world, but not God so loved Christians. 1 John 2:1&2 if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous: 2 And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world. Rom 8:34 intercession goes with death & resurrection of Jesus Christ, which is for the world. God has done these things for everyone in the whole world. If you and I go to heaven only because what God has done, the whole world will go to heaven, because Jesus Christ loved the whole world, died for the sins of the whole world as propitiation, he is the advocate and intercessor for the sins of the whole world with the Father. Righteous advocate and intercessor, means that Jesus Christ will do every thing including who gets the grace, how much grace, who gets what punishment and how much punishment, etc a/c to the instruction of the Father. Jesus Christ will do exactly what God the Father wills, he will never talk God the Father out of any judgment on anybody. It is all according to our works. But it is preached otherwise. That is a cheap lie, but Christians swallow it very willingly. Acts 17:31 he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness. Rev 20:12&13 say all the dead, small and great, stand before God; they were judged every man according to their works. The judgment is individually to every man according to what he has done, but not according whether he is a Christian or not. Christians do not have a special Judgment. Verify it with scriptures. Don't be deceived.

Let us look at born again in the perspective of the whole world. Just before I discuss, let me take a precaution by saying this. The God of the Bible is the only true God, and all other gods are devils, demons and Satan. Even though they exhibit wonders and miracles, it is with demon powers. The Creator of everything that is in existence is the God of the Bible. Satan was created by God as an archangel, but God rejected him from being an angel when sin was found in him. God is the God of the whole world and Christians cannot own God or stop him from being the God of the whole world. Born again is a Christian thing. We know that we are born with soul and body. The birth of the spirit comes latter. Babies are born all over the world in all nations. Will God give them an opportunity to be complete with spirit, soul & body? Let us see it from scriptures. Rom 1:18-23 says that God revealed himself, his righteousness, justice, etc to all in the whole world. Acts 3:26 God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities. Resurrected Jesus Christ is omnipresent, omnipotent God. He turns away everyone in the world from sin. John 3:19 says this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. This refers to everybody in the whole world. Evil men will not come to God. Rom 1:32 Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death. They know the judgment of eternal death and still they do not obey. God will sent them to hell and then to lake of fire. John 3:21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God. Those who obey God, will come to the light, and they are born again. But, the word of God, in its complete form, is given only to Christians. So, Christians are the only group who can drink the milk, grow, and be born of the word of God, to become the sons of God. So, the non-Christian can only attain the first level of born again. The holy spirit will guide them and keep them. But, God is never partial to anybody and so he gives an opportunity to non-Christians also to attain higher status in a different way. They will be like the one thief in the cross, who was converted but had no chance to grow. He was taken to paradise, which will be New Earth. Luke 23:42 he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom. 43 And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise. So also they will be taken to paradise, which is the purified Garden of Eden where the tree of Life is, and that is the New Earth. They will have an opportunity to gain a higher status at New Earth. But if they disobey God there, they will also fall to destruction as Adam and Eve fell.

Let me recap what I have covered so far. Jesus Christ says that we must be born again. It has three stages. (1st) Born of the spirit is to receive the holy spirit within us, it enables us to see New heaven but to enter New Earth, which is Paradise. (2nd) Study and obey the word of God and the word of God will abide in you. It is born of water and you are a son of God. Now you can enter New Heaven. (3rd) Increase your intensity of love and obedience toward God. You will notice that you are not sinning and then you cannot sin. Now God abides in you and you are the Bride of Christ and you are New Jerusalem.

Thank you for listening. God bless you.

God Bless You
