1. Jesus Christ builds His Church and gives Power.

"Matthew 16:15 He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? 16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. 17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. 18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. 19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven." Jesus asked his disciples one day, whom do you say that I am. Peter replied saying, he was Christ; and Christ means, that he is the Son of God. Jesus acknowledged that God the Father has revealed it to Peter; he said that Peter is blessed, he is the rock, and announced that Jesus will build his church upon Peter, who is the rock. Jesus personified the evil powers as the gates of hell and said that they will not prevail against this church. That is, the evil powers will try their best to overthrow Peter and the church, but they cannot do it. Then Jesus says that he will give the keys to the kingdom of heaven to Peter, and whatever he binds or loose, they will be bound or be loosed in heaven. Later Jesus adds these powers or privileges to the church also. These are tremendous spiritual heavenly powers bestowed upon Peter and the spiritual church that Jesus has built upon Peter. As far the church is concerned, these are the most important verses in the Bible. But as Jesus has predicted, the evil powers that are the gates of hell, tried and still trying to destroy these scripture verses, as much as they can. These evil powers denied that Peter is not the stone, Jesus did not build the church on Peter, but on Jesus Christ himself, who is the stone. But Jesus is a lot more than a stone. It is deception that appears to Lift Jesus; but the purpose is to destroy the power that God has given to the spiritual church. Some other version of the evil powers say that Pope and the Catholic establishment are the descendant of Peter and the church. Protestant theologians want to twist and destroy the verses altogether. Such powers will try; but Jesus Christ says, the gates of hell will not prevail.

2. God added people to His Church, Holy Ghost gives Gifts.

"Acts 1:4 says, (Jesus Christ, after his resurrection), being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me. 5 For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence. 8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me." Jesus Christ told his disciples that they should wait until they receive the Holy Ghost and his power before beginning their ministry, which is to build the church of Jesus Christ. This church will have tremendous power, the power of God, and it will be through the Holy Ghost. "Acts 1:15 And in those days Peter stood up in the midst of the disciples, and said, (the number of names together were about an hundred and twenty,)" According to what the Lord has said, Peter was in the upper room waiting for the Holy Ghost, with one hundred and twenty people. "Acts 2:1 And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. 2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. 3 And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. 4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance." On the day of Pentecost, the Holy Ghost came by filling them with his presence. The Holy Ghost gave them power and gifts for the purpose of ministry as well as for the edification of believers. Having received the Holy Ghost and his gifts, Peter began to preach the Lord Jesus Christ and his gospel to people. "Acts 2:37 Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do? 38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. 39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call." Those people, who were repented of their sins, took water baptism, and joined the church. Some have received the baptism of the Holy Ghost also. "47 And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved." The Holy Ghost has joined those, who had the prospects to be saved, in the Church. So, the church grew in number.

3. Peter baptized Gentiles and joined them in Church.

"Isaiah 11:10 And in that day there shall be a root of Jesse, which shall stand for an ensign of the people; to it shall the Gentiles seek: and his rest shall be glorious. Matthew 12:21 And in his name shall the Gentiles trust." This is a prophesy about the gentiles seeking the Lord Jesus Christ. When Apostle Peter was in the house of one Simon a tanner, he saw a vision. "Acts 10:19 While Peter thought on the vision, the Spirit said unto him, Behold, three men seek thee. 20 Arise therefore, and get thee down, and go with them, doubting nothing: for I have sent them." So, Peter and a few Jews went with them. They went to Caesarea, to the house of Cornelius a centurion in the Roman army, of course he is a Gentile. You will find the details of the story in Acts 10. Centurion Cornelius requested apostle Peter to give the message, Peter was beginning to preach Jesus, the Holy Ghost fell upon people and baptized those in the house of Cornelius, Peter ordered them to be baptized in water, and they were included in the church of God. So, now Jews as well as Gentiles were baptized in water and joined the church. But Gentiles were not circumcised. When the question of circumcision and the commandment for the Gentiles were raised, the apostles gathered to decide. "Acts 15:6 And the apostles and elders came together for to consider of this matter. 7 And when there had been much disputing, Peter rose up, and said unto them, Men and brethren, ye know how that a good while ago God made choice among us, that the Gentiles by my mouth should hear the word of the gospel, and believe." After the discussion in verses 7 to 31, the decision was made by the apostles, through the Holy Ghost. "20 ... they abstain from pollutions of idols, and from fornication, and from things strangled, and from blood. 24 ... we gave no such commandment saying: Ye must be circumcised, and keep the law: 28 For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things; 29 That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well." So, Gentiles were added to the church. And the commandments to Gentiles were given, which is an update from the commandments to the Jews. The Mosaic law, the law of circumcision, and the laws of Sabbaths were removed by God the Holy Ghost, and was handed down through the apostles. This is very important to the church, but the administration of the organized churches have ignored this most important fact about the commandments of God and keep the people of the churches in darkness or on the blind side.

4. God gives three kinds of Gifts to make us perfect.

If you are asked a question; how is your church, what will be our answer? Do you answer how magnificent the structure of the church building is, Or, tell of your dignitary members in the church, Or, will you explain the social and religious pomp of your heritage? I am afraid that we may not even realize that the true church is the spiritual body of Jesus Christ himself, which consist of just few humble believers. Are you one of them? We saw that God is building his church, with tremendous spiritual power. But the beginning will be of the people, 'such as to be saved'. From a low beginning to a high power.

Let us see how God does that. God spoon feed powers to believers. God gives holy spirit to repented believers. If we ask God for the holy spirit, he will give it to us as in Luke 11:5-13. "13 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?" If we ask God being his children, he will give the holy spirit to us, and the holy spirit will lead us in the ways of God in holiness to eternal life. Ephesians 1:11-14 say, that we will be "sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, which is the earnest of our inheritance." This holy spirit will lead us and guide us so that we may walk in God. The best and easy way to overcome sin is to walk in the Spirit all the time, so that our nature becomes spiritual. Then it will be impossible for us to commit sin. "Galatians 5:16 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. 17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would."

Then, God gives his true servants to feed churches with spiritual food for growth, even to the fullness of Christ. "Ephesians 4:11 he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; 12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: 13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ." Godly people will use the gifts of the Spirit, according to the leading of the Spirit, for the edification of the church. We can grow up to the fullness of Christ, which is the super growth. These are given even to a humble believer in the church that is of Christ.

One more thing is that God gives the ministerial gifts to the servants of God through the baptism of the Holy Ghost. These are to minister his church, and it is in 1 Corinthians 12:4-11. The purpose of God's ministry is to make the saints perfect, as Jesus Christ is perfect. Ignorant, unstable, sin loving preachers and people, do not have the knowledge about either the Holy Ghost or his gifts. They ignorantly ridicule the operation of the gifts. As ignorant as they are, they sin against the Holy Ghost, and God will not pardon the sin. They have fun now, but they walk towards eternal destruction. It is a very sad thing.

5. God's Church will become perfect as He is Perfect.

"Ephesians 5:25 -- Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; 26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, 27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish." God is preparing a church for himself, cleansing her with his word, not to have spot or wrinkle or blemish or any such impurity. "Ephesians 2:10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works." The Church is the workmanship of God. "1 John 3:2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is." When God completes his work, the Church will look like him and, in the end, she will have the glory of God with her own righteousness. Revelation 19:7 for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. 8 And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints." The true believer becomes son of God, and then the bride of Christ. They will be in the highest glory and will be with Christ forever. The church is the body of Jesus Christ. Do you like to be a part of this church?

Looking for the true gospel? This site has the true gospel!

What is the true gospel and what are false gospels?

Matthew 28:20, & Mark 16:15. Jesus Christ preached his commandments to obey, as his Gospel; it is the true Gospel to inherit Eternal life. Genesis 3:1-4 & 2 Corinth 11:2-4. But Preachers, who are Serpents of Satan, preach the life of man Jesus just to believe, but not to live as a chaste virgin, as the gospel; it is another gospel, which cannot and will not give Eternal life.

What will the true Gospel do?

The true gospel will convert evil people to do good and thereby they will inherit the kingdom in heaven. John 3:19-21 say that people are two kinds, evil and true. Evil doers will not come to the Light, who is God; but people of truth come to God for their deeds to be made manifest. We have good and evil people by our standard of our society or culture. These evil people may be converted to be doers of truth by the power of God, and they may inherit the kingdom of God in heaven.
