"Matthew 28:20 Teaching them to observe (do) all things whatsoever I (Jesus Christ) have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen. 2 Corinthians 7:1 ... dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God."

'Born of the Spirit' is the first step in the Born Again process. If we keep the spirit, will reach Paradise (new earth). 'Born of the Word' is the next step. If we keep it, we will enter new heavens as sons of God. 'Born of God' is new Jerusalem. They are the bride of the Lamb, and they will be with Jesus Christ.
Born of the Spirit, Born of the Word, and Born of God, are different level of Spiritual Maturity. And also according to what we have done or achieved, will be our status or reward in heaven. "John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. 5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again." This scripture passage is the statement of Jesus Christ to Nicodemus. From verses 6 and 7, we see that "born again" refers to "born of the spirit." From verse 3, we see that we have to be born of the spirit in order to see the kingdom of God. Verse 5 says that the next step is to be "born of water" and we must be born of water in order to enter the kingdom of God. Here water refers to the "word of God." So, first step is to see the kingdom of God and the second step is to enter the kingdom of God. If you like to see that "born of the water" is "born of the word" please refer the lesson on this link: "Born Again." 1 John 3:9 says, "Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God." That is, "the seed of God" will remain in those who are "born of God" and they will not commit sin. So, if someone is "born of God", we will know it. 1 John 5:4 says, "For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith." So, if we are "born of God" we will also overcome the world also. Those who overcome will have a lot of rewards. They can be Sons of God and even the Bide of the Lamb. The Bride will be granted to sit on the throne of Jesus with him. Revelation 3:21 says, "To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne."
