Satan is not a black
gorilla with two horns and a long tail. He is beauty and wise. He shows himself
as angel of light and deceives people. He leads worship services in churches
and preach sermons. But, he says that we cannot obey God and we do not have
to obey God for salvation. Rather he want you to believe on the cross and on
the blood for salvation. He successfully deceived the world.
Today we will see who Satan is and how he deceives people. In the beginning God created all things, including angels and archangels. Lucifer was an archangel. While he was an archangel, he deceived Eve. He was perfect until then. Let us see what kind of person was Lucifer. In Ezekiel 28, God gives his description. Verse 12 Lord GOD saith that he is full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty. 13 Thou hast been in Eden, the garden of God; (here God points out that he was still an archangel when he deceived Eve, at the Garden of Eden, then verse 13 describes that God created him with decorations of all kinds of precious stones, and music was built in him) 14 Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire. (that is he was walking with God all the time) 15 Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee. 17 thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: (that is, he was perfect, beauty, wisdom, and bright. But these thing made him to be proud and so he deceived Eve, at the garden. Then God rejected him from being an angel). But in Revelation 12:9, Satan is called deceiver of the whole world, the devil, dragon, and the old serpent. In Genesis, he was referred as the serpent that was the subtle beast. The name 'serpent' was given to him to say that he has poison behind his beauty. He will not come to us as serpent, or as ferocious ugly looking gorilla having 2 horns and a tail, or as walking skeleton. But he comes as an angel of light that is bright. 2 Corinthians 11:14 no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. 15 his ministers are transformed as ministers of righteousness; 13 says such are deceitful workers. Servants of Satan also will come with a smile & wisdom. They appear as servants of God. They have poison in their messages that bring eternal death to people.
God created man in two parts. He created the body of man from the dust of the earth, created the soul of man, in the image of his own soul, and he put them together and made man. With body and soul he is already a man. Then, God breathed into this man, the holy spirit to cover his soul, and this man became a living soul, or we may say he is a new creature. If he doesn't have a spirit, God considers his soul as dormant or as dead, even though his body lives. We see the same thing in the NT. Without spirit, he is as dead according to Ephesians 2:1&2. In John 3:3&6 Jesus Christ says that man must be born again, referring to the spirit. The spirit birth comes after the flesh birth and it is up to the man to be born again. If he is not born again, he cannot even see the kingdom of heaven according to verse 3. So, Jesus Christ tells him to repent so that he may receive the spirit. Matthew 4:17 Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. At the genuine repentance of man, God gives him the spirit of man, who is the holy spirit. Then he is born again, he is a new creature, and his spiritual life begins. But, somehow if he backslides, God will take the spirit away from him. That is why David prayed when he has sinned in Psalm 51:11 Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me. If the spirit leaves, his body will still live, but his soul will be as it is dead. A godly man has body, soul & spirit. A worldly man has just body & soul. But, a man who has the spirit may lose the spirit, and a man who does not have the spirit may receive the spirit. However, the man who has the holy spirit may serve God. Those who do not have the holy spirit will not obey God. Satan will use them to deceive others.
Let us see from the beginning. Adam and Eve were in Eden, the Garden of God, having fellowship with God. They were complete as living souls. Then, God gave them a commandment. Genesis 2:16 the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: 17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die. God says that if they eat from this tree, they will die in the same day. Satan came to Eve, and said: Genesis 3:1... hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? Verse 3, Eve replies But of the fruit of the tree which is in the midst of the garden, God hath said, Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die. 4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: That is, God said they will die if they disobey, Satan said you will not die if you disobey. She believed Satan, ate the fruit, and gave it to Adam. He also ate. The holy spirit, departed them. They found themselves naked. Now they are dead souls, which means that their souls will face eternal death. God drove them away from paradise, the Garden of God.
From that day onwards, the main deception of Satan is to preach people that they will not die if they disobey the commandments of God. They also tell Christians to disobey God, in a subtle sneaky way. They say that if we do not sin, the death of Jesus Christ will have no purpose. They sound like that it is necessary that we sin. They also emphasize that nobody can obey God anyway. Teaching these things, Satan makes sure that no Christian obey God it is deception. Then they preach fake methods of salvation. Satan encourages all to praise God, praise his son, thank him for his blood, cross & death, lead people to sing, dance, or do anything they want. He can lead wonderful church services and worship meetings. But, he will oppose only one thing, that is to obey God. But he will tackle it very cunningly. He says that if we try not to sin, it is an attempt to shame the cross of Christ. He sounds like that it is necessary that we sin for our salvation. It is big deception. He deceived almost all churches in the whole world.
In John 14:15, Jesus Christ says if you love me, keep my commandments. That implies, if you don't love me, don't bother. Matthew 5:48 Jesus says be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect. They that are born of the holy spirit are the children of God. He is telling his children to be perfect as their Father. He does not tell the children of the devil to be perfect! If you do not have the holy spirit, you should repent for your evil life and God may give the holy spirit to you. Then you will be able to obey him, if you wanted to. But church people, who do not have the holy spirit, make a big issue about obeying God and say salvation is not by works, it is a free gift and so many things. Jesus Christ says in Matthew 15:8 This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me. God did not tell them to obey, but he has rejected them. 1 John 5:3 says this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous. That is, if we love Jesus Christ, with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: it is easy to obey his commandments. Instead, if you love Jesus Christ like you love ice cream and chocolate, you cannot & will not obey him. You will expect him to obey you or serve you as a gene.
It is not that hard, if you wanted to escape. Most people do not care. As long as they hear the name Jesus Christ, they will be satisfied and they will accept the preacher as a servant of God. They belongs to religious Christianity and so they are deceived. Satan will come to you through a pastor, or a preacher in your church. How to escape him? First we must give the benefit of the doubt to him, yet keep your eyes open. Don't pay attention to his smile, and personality. Listen to what he says. If his message is not salvation and eternal life, but on how to be a better man, or how to have a successful life, or how to love others, or how to have better health and wealth, etc, he has nothing to do with God. He may use the name of God and Jesus Christ for a show. Ignore him and get out of there.
But if he talk about eternal life and salvation, listen to him. Again, pay no attention to any of his outward appearance, or his claim over the name of Jesus, faith, grace, the cross & blood,
or his acting, yelling, screaming, or his songs and excitements, forget all those things. Listen to his message. Look where does he anchor our salvation. If he anchors it on what Jesus Christ has done, but not on what we do a/c to what Jesus told us to do for our salvation, then he is a deceiver and servant of Satan. He wants you not to obey God. But he will do it in a very subtle way. Don't listen to him, but reject him. But, if he anchors our salvation on what we do a/c to what Jesus Christ told us to do for our salvation, then he is a servant of God.But, if you do not have such a truthful pastor, or teacher, then you study the Bible yourself with prayer. God will reveal you the truth, from the Bible.
We know that the Bible is the word of God. The servants of God preach the word of God from the Bible. But, the servants of the devil pulls the verses of the Bible out of its context, twist it and preach the word of the devil. The word of God is milk. The devil adds poison in the milk, and it becomes the word of the devil. The devil quoted the Bible verses even to Jesus Christ to deceive him. So, don't listen to the servants of the devil. 1 Tim 6:3 says If any man teach otherwise,1 and consent not to wholesome words, 2 even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, 3 and to the doctrine which is a/c to godliness; (3 points he gives in this verse. If the preacher contradicts these 3 points, then he is as this) 4 He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings, 5 Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself. Let me repeat the 3 points. 1st, if he consent not to wholesome words. That is if his teaching does not agree with any verse in the entire Bible, then he knows nothing. Next, even the words of the Lord Jesus Christ. If his teaching contradicts anything what Jesus Christ has said, he knows nothing. Third, the doctrine which is a/c to godliness; if his teaching are against godliness, that is, if he tolerate any sin, his teaching is wrong and he knows nothing. Then scripture says from such withdraw thyself. That is, get out of that church. Like I said, if there is no true teacher, study the Bible yourself with prayer and God will give you understanding by revelation.
If you are beginning to study the Bible, start with a book in the gospel, preferably John and then Matthew. Study them with reverence since they are written by the inspiration of God. Study from beginning to end of a selected book. Accept the meaning of words a/c to its context. What I am going to tell you is very important. So, take it seriously. Do not use a Study Bible, Reference Bible, expository helps, commentary, or such things. Study just the Bible and nothing else. If you study it in English, use a KJV, since it is the Bible that has only few & not serious errors. If you have difficulty in the KJ English, use the American Standard Version. Avoid the newer versions like NIV, since most of them are published by servants of Satan to promote wrong doctrines and even to accommodate other religious faiths. Avoid them. After the gospels of John and Matthew, go to Ephesians, Philippians, Romans, Galatians, etc. Don't ever just read through a book in the Bible to complete the book. Take your time. Study sentence by sentence, and word by word. Study with prayer so that God may reveal the mysteries of his word. The word of God does not have contradictions. If you find any contradiction in the doctrine, then your understanding is not right. Go back to the verses and study them in its context. Contradictions will go away and you will understand truth. Matthew 13:11 Jesus answered his disciples saying: it is given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given. Study the Bible as a disciple, God will make you understand the truth of his word to you. It is great.

Matthew 28:20, & Mark 16:15. Jesus Christ preached his commandments to obey, as his
Gospel; it is the true Gospel to inherit Eternal life. Genesis 3:1-4 & 2 Corinth 11:2-4. But Preachers, who are Serpents of Satan, preach the life of man Jesus just to believe, but not to live as a chaste virgin, as the gospel; it is another gospel, which cannot and will not give Eternal life.The true gospel will convert evil people to do good and thereby they will inherit the kingdom in heaven.
John 3:19-21 say that people are two kinds, evil and true. Evil doers will not come to the Light, who is God; but people of truth come to God for their deeds to be made manifest. We have good and evil people by our standard of our society or culture. These evil people may be converted to be doers of truth by the power of God, and they may inherit the kingdom of God in heaven.
