1. Jesus Christ supersedes the old covenant with new covenant.

The Bible has old and new testaments. Most prophesies in the bible were fulfilled in the old testament time; some are fulfilled in Jesus Christ and in the Pentecost, and the rest are yet to be fulfilled. The new covenant supersedes the old covenant through Jesus Christ. Theologians say that the bible has thousands of commands and we cannot obey them all. But we may say that Jesus gave only two commandments, even that was drawn from the ten commandments. Sabbath day commandment is upgraded as spiritual rest. To take care of the parents is exempted to servants in the field ministry, and other children must take care of them. The rest of the eight are abridged into two. If we obey these two commands in the basic level, we will enter paradise; and if we obey them in the highest level, we will be new Jerusalem, which is the bride of Christ. For details, follow this link: "Heaven."

2. Old is for kingdoms in the world, New is for kingdom of heaven.

The old testament is about the kingdoms in this world. In that, God favored the kingdom of Israel, as long as they obeyed him. As Israel disobeyed God repeatedly, God destroyed them and gave the kingdom to gentiles. Then, God became a man; he was the man Jesus; and he preached that the kingdom of heaven is at hand, and no more the kingdom of the world. It is the new testament. But Christians want their kingdom in this world, as in the old testament. This is the conflict. So, preachers pick up the old testament promises and blessings, that was to Abraham, David, Israel, and to such persons, and pronounce them to believers in the new testament, freely without any condition. It is deception, lie, fake, and these are false promises. God will not give these promises to them. To study details, you may follow this link: "False Church."

3. The blessings of King David are not for new testament believers.

David was anointed as king, then he killed Goliath, and he became famous. Then what happened? He became the most wanted man by the king. King Saul pursued David to kill him. So, David ran for his life, until Saul died. Christians pick up "Psalm 23:5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over." They apply this verse for themselves. But it was the song of David. Christians neither have enemies, nor they run for their lives. So, it will not become their song. Next, David committed sin with Bathsheba and God sent Prophet Nathan to him. ("2 Samuel 12:9 Wherefore hast thou despised the commandment of the LORD, to do evil in his sight? thou hast killed Uriah the Hittite with the sword, and hast taken his wife to be thy wife, and hast slain him with the sword of the children of Ammon. 10 Now therefore the sword shall never depart from thine house; because thou hast despised me, and hast taken the wife of Uriah the Hittite to be thy wife. 11 Thus saith the LORD, Behold, I will raise up evil against thee out of thine own house, and I will take thy wives before thine eyes, and give them unto thy neighbour, and he shall lie with thy wives in the sight of this sun. 12 For thou didst it secretly: but I will do this thing before all Israel, and before the sun.") 2 Samuel 12:9-12 tells about the punishments that God gave to David, and David had to suffer in his life. "13 says, David said unto Nathan, I have sinned against the LORD. And Nathan said unto David, The LORD also hath put away thy sin; thou shalt not die." Yes, David did not die, but he went through hell on earth. Christians conveniently forget all punishments David had to face; they pick this verse, and claim their forgiveness of sins, and their escape from eternal death. Do they go through hell on earth, as God forgives their sins? If not, the blessings will not apply to them. We chose blessings, and conveniently drop the consequences for our sins. But responsibility must be taken for our sins; and retribution and such things must be made wherever it is applied. To study the details of forgiveness please follow this link: "Forgiveness."

4. Old testament is for us to learn and to follow, not to take blessings.

We can pick up hundreds of examples, but we do not have time for that. Let me just take one, about the people of Israel. They were delivered from Pharaoh, by ten plagues which was on the Egyptians, but not in Israel. The tenth plague was the death of all first born. The Passover Lamb was killed. Israel ate the meat of the Lamb, and the blood was on their door posts. Israel celebrated their freedom, but forgot the blood and the meat of the Lamb. "1 Corinthians 5:7 says, For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us:" They eat the meat and put the blood on the door post for the first Passover. After the first, probably they drank wine, in place of the blood on the door post. "In John 6: Jesus Christ says, 54 Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. 56 He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him. 66 From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him." Many of his disciples left him and did not receive him as their passover. But we celebrate our freedom in Christ. But we also have rejected to drink the blood and to eat the meat of Jesus Christ, which is to take him in us, that is to have him abide in us.

Next, the red sea was split, Israel walked through as in dry land, and Pharaoh's army was drowned in the sea. They celebrated the deliverance; etc. ("1 Corinthians 10:1 Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea; 2 And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea; 3 And did all eat the same spiritual meat; 4 And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.") They all had spiritual experiences to celebrate, but God destroyed them that did not please God. "5&6 say, But with many of them God was not well pleased: for they were overthrown in the wilderness. 6 Now these things were our examples, to the intent we should not lust after evil things, as they also lusted." These are written for us to learn and be cautious, but not to desire sin. It is not for us to take the blessings, but to please God. 5. Why do Christians study book of Proverbs and book of Psalm?

The book of Proverbs gives much wisdom, and methods to excel in this world. It is a treasure trove if you want success in the world. So, many Christians still draw knowledge and power from this book. We learn how to fear God and knowledge. It teaches that if we forsake the guidance of the spirit and the covenant of God, we will face death. But in Proverbs, it will not spell out that the death will be eternal; it gives the impression that all is in the world; whereas in the new testament, eternal life and eternal damnation are spelled out. They who prefer worldly blessings over eternal blessings, prefer the book of Proverbs. Religious Christians, though they are good, most probably lose eternal life. It is sad. In the book of Psalm, we study how terrible the sinners are and how their company will ruin a godly person, and such things. A godly person will meditate in the law of God, and he will bring forth good fruits in its season, and so on. But all these blessings seem to be of the world, but it will not spell out that they are eternal. Those who love a good, blessed life in this world will love the book of Psalm. They are also good religious Christians. But they are not godly. For details, you may follow this link: "Blessings of the Old."

6. If God is with us, we will pursue eternal life, but not the world.

Most Christians are very nominal towards Christianity. Only less than 25% of Christians are zealous for Christianity. Among them, 90% may be religious; they are dedicated to their church, denomination, or to a preacher. Only the rest of them are zealous for God and they are godly Christians. Religious Christians are after God for worldly things, but godly Christians are after God for eternal life. Example: "John 6:66 From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him. 67 Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away? 68 Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life." These disciples hang on to him for eternal life, but not for worldly benefits. But religious Christians are for worldly benefits and they follow the book of Psalm, Proverbs, and some other book from the old testament. To study details of religious Christianity, please follow this link: "Religion."

7. If you are rooted in the kingdom of heaven; teach old testament.

Old testament is a part of the bible. Nobody can stop anyone to study it and to teach it. However, false preachers will twist the word of God. So, godly people will not accept any teaching. Jesus Christ taught his disciples in "Matthew 13:52, Therefore every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is an householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old." Jesus Christ says, every scribe, that is every bible teacher, who is taught or instructed by God, about the kingdom of heaven, can teach, connecting the treasures in the old and new testaments. Strong note here is, that God will teach only the treasures in the kingdom of heaven, but not the blessings of the world. If they teach the blessings of the world, it is not from God. Godly people will look for the kingdom of heaven. For details, you may follow this link: "Kingdom of God."

Looking for the true gospel? This site has the true gospel!

What is the true gospel and what are false gospels?

Matthew 28:20, & Mark 16:15. Jesus Christ preached his commandments to obey, as his Gospel; it is the true Gospel to inherit Eternal life. Genesis 3:1-4 & 2 Corinth 11:2-4. But Preachers, who are Serpents of Satan, preach the life of man Jesus just to believe, but not to live as a chaste virgin, as the gospel; it is another gospel, which cannot and will not give Eternal life.

What will the true Gospel do?

The true gospel will convert evil people to do good and thereby they will inherit the kingdom in heaven. John 3:19-21 say that people are two kinds, evil and true. Evil doers will not come to the Light, who is God; but people of truth come to God for their deeds to be made manifest. We have good and evil people by our standard of our society or culture. These evil people may be converted to be doers of truth by the power of God, and they may inherit the kingdom of God in heaven.
