"Matthew 28:20 Teaching them to observe (do) all things whatsoever I (Jesus Christ) have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.2 Corinthians 7:1 ... dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God."

Jesus Christ is Advocate, Intercessor, Mediator, and Ransom for all in the world. But preachers have convinced people that Jesus Christ is the Advocate, Intercessor, Mediator, and Ransom, for them only. So they say, that God will forgive their sins and so they will go to heaven. But if they are going to heaven because Jesus Christ is Advocate, Intercessor, Mediator, and Ransom, the whole world will go to heaven, since Jesus Christ is all these to all in the world, but not for just to a group of Christians. They preach that Jesus Christ is intercessor and he is the advocate at the final Judgment to get these group of Christians out of hell and to take them to heaven. It is not what intercession is for. Let us see what intercession is from the Bible. "Romans 8:26 .. the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. 27 And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God." Here, the intercessor is the holy spirit that lives in us, if we are born again, or born of the spirit. He intercedes by helping us to pray according to the 'Will' of God, because we do not know what to pray for. And here, the intercessor is not Jesus Christ. This intercession is not to get out of hell in the final judgment, but to help the person to do the 'Will' of God. So, what is the 'Will' of God? You may read 1 Thessalonians 4:1-8. Let me quote 2 verses. "1 Thessalonians 4:3 For this is the will of God, even your sanctification, that ye should abstain from fornication: 4 That every one of you should know how to possess his vessel in sanctification and honour;" So, the holy spirit intercedes for us to live a holy life.
But Romans 8:34 says, that Jesus Christ is the intercessor. But it does not say what he interceded for. "Hebrews 7:25 Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them." So, Jesus Christ intercedes and saves those who come to God through Jesus Christ. So it is, while they were yet living, and probably they come to God in prayer, while striving for righteousness. So, intercession is not in the eternal judgment. Here, Jesus Christ saves them while they were yet living. How does he save them? "Matthew 1:21 his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins." Jesus Christ saves his people for their sinning. It is twofold, and I will give links with details. One is making them overcome sin and the second is to forgive their past sins. These are done as the intercessor with the Father.
