"Matthew 28:20 Teaching them to observe (do) all things whatsoever I (Jesus Christ) have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen. 2 Corinthians 7:1 ... dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God."

Preachers say that as long as we live we will sin. This statement not only is false, but also just the opposite to what the Bible says. Why preachers teach just opposite to the Bible? The reason is this. Even from the very beginning, Satan interprets or twists the word of God to deceive people. Still he does it through his ministers. “2 Corinthians 11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. 15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.” So, we have to be very careful. Probably, those who teach falsely may not even know that they serve Satan.
They say that the old sin nature is not eradicated until we receive our glorified body. This is to say that we will be sinning until we die. Let us see what the Bible has to say about the sin nature change as well as sinning until death. One more thing the statement implies is that the sinners get the glorified body. But sinners will not get the glorified body. The wages of sin is eternal death, which is hell.
But, the sin nature is eradicated by the power of God in God's people. "Ezekiel 11:19 ... I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh: 20 That they may walk in my statutes, and keep mine ordinances, and do them: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God. 36:25 Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you. 26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh. 27 And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them. Romans 6:4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. 5 For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: 6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. 8:9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. 10 And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. 2 Corinthians 5:17 .. if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. Galatians 5:24 And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. 6:14 But God forbid that I should glory, save in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified unto me, and I unto the world. 15 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature. Ephesians 2:10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. 4:22 That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; 23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind; 24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness." According to the word of God, the old nature is eradicated and everything became new for a born again saved person. So, it is a lie to say that our sin nature will remain in us as long as we are living in this body, even we say it out of ignorance. Ignorance will not make a lie as the truth.
But, God says not to commit sin. "Psalm 4:4 Stand in awe, and sin not: commune with your own heart upon your bed, and be still. Selah. Ezekiel 3:21 ... warn the righteous man, that the righteous sin not, and he doth not sin, he shall surely live, because he is warned; also thou hast delivered thy soul. 18:31 Cast away from you all your transgressions, whereby ye have transgressed; and make you a new heart and a new spirit: for why will ye die, O house of Israel? 32 For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord GOD: wherefore turn yourselves, and live ye. John 5:14 Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee. 8:11 She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more. Romans 6:1 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? 2 God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?15 What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid. 1 Corinthians 15:34 Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame. Ephesians 4:26 Be ye angry, and sin not:.. 1 John 2:1 My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not... " God repeatedly says to people not to sin since it has eternal consequence and that is the truth. Along with the truth he also gives grace which is the power of God to give us victory over sin. "John 1:16 ... of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace. 17 For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ... 12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God..." Yet, Satan twists God's word and preaches to keep on sinning.
Is this the teaching of Apostle Paul in Romans 7:17?
No, it is not. It is not the teaching of Apostle Paul. Let me quote the verse you referred. “Romans 7:17 Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.” Does this verse teach that a person cannot quit sin that is to eradicate the nature of sin until he die? Does this verse teach that those who kept on sinning until their death will be raised with glorified bodies? No. It does not say it. Apostle Paul says that this person is wretched and will face eternal death. “Romans 7:24 O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?”
In the above verses the Holy Spirit, through Apostle Paul, explains the plight of a double minded carnal Christian in hypothetical first person style. The subject of the seventh chapter continues in the eighth chapter. Apostle Paul writes that those who have killed (mortified) the sin in his/her body (referred in Rom 7:17) by the power of the Holy Spirit will live (will have eternal life) and all others will die (be eternally damned). “Romans 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.13 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.” This power of God on the believer is God's grace. By this grace we will be saved.
I will reply promptly.Thanks.
