What is sin? "James 4:17 Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin." So, it looks like that everybody will commit sin. There are two masters. One is the Lord Jesus Christ, and the other is "Sin". If we obey Jesus Christ, it is righteousness to us and if we do not obey it is Sin. Sin leads us to death and our obedience leads us to eternal life. But, our own preachers whom we love dearly. preach to us that God will take us to heaven as we are committing sin. We all like it and we all are pleased to hear it. So, if it is a lie, we will all burn in the lake fire all together. At least we will all be together in this. However, let me give a few scriptures on this link about a few sins that will prevent us from entering the kingdom of God. Link is: "God's Kingdom". I will just give a few names of sins below, just to alert us that one of these sins from this list, which is more familiar to us, may keep us from inheriting the eternal kingdom of God.
The names of sins from the Bible (New Testament) are: All ungodliness, adultery, anger, wrath, backbiting, backsliding (dogs), blasphemy, changing the truth of God, concupiscence, covetousness, debates, variance, strife, deceit, disobedience to parents, obey not the gospel, drunkenness, excess of wine, envying, evil, evil eye, false witness, filthiness, uncleanness, foolishness, foolish talking, fornication, hatred, malignity, evil boasting, despiteful, heresies, Wrest (twisting of truth), homosexuality (Romans 1:26-28), idolatry, lasciviousness, inordinate affection, lying, lusts (even in heart), maliciousness, murder, without natural affection, perverse, pride, sedition, jesting, rioting, tumults, emulations, serve the creature rather than the Creator, sorcery, thefts, favor a sinner, turning the grace into lasciviousness, unmerciful, unrepentant, unrighteousness, implacable, whoremongers, wickedness, witchcraft, without understanding, etc. Thank you.
God Bless You
