The High Calling, the Beasts, Elders, the 144000, New Jerusalem, and Mount Zion.

1. God and the people around the throne of God.

Let me begin with what apostle Paul says. "Philippians 3:12 Not as though I had already attained (it means, even though he has attained, he will behave as he has not), either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus. (that is, he will run for what Jesus Christ called him for, as he is not already perfect) 13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, 14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus; (he runs for the prize of the high calling of God). 15 Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you." He also invites all those, who are already become perfect, to run as he runs for the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. So, if you are perfect, please consider this calling. But this is the most difficult walk in Christian life. However, God will help us while we are running this race. In case we could not complete the race, there are three other levels that we can obtain. So, plan to attain the next level in heaven, that you are able to attain. Please study about the high calling to reach heavenly Sion anyway. Perhaps, you may give it a try.

Now let us see the throne of God in heaven. God sits there, and there was a rainbow over the throne. The Lamb stands there, he has seven horns and seven eyes. The seven eyes are seven spirits; it is a manifestation of the Holy Ghost. Four beasts, it is actually four lives, are around them. They have faces like lion, oxen, man, and flying eagle. Each of them has six wings. Around this throne there are 24 seats, and 24 elders sit on them. They all fall before the throne of God, praised God for he has created all things. They all sing holy, holy, holy. The one aspect that is adorned in heaven is being holy. So, God is holy and those around God must also be holy. "Hebrews 12:14 Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:" Righteous people must become perfect, and they must become holy. Only the holy people can come near his throne.

2. Beasts, Elders, hundred and forty four thousand.

"Revelation 5:8 ..., the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, ..." The 12 of the 24 elders represent the twelve fathers of the twelve tribes of Israel. However, it is a symbolic number, which represent all the holy people from Israel. So also, the other 12 from the 24, represent the twelve disciples of Jesus Christ. However, it is also a symbolic number, which represents all the holy people among Christians. The four beasts, with four different faces, represents people from the four corners of the entire world, except Israel and Christians since they are already covered in the 24 elders. In short, all the holy people from the entire world will be there in and around the throne of God.

The number 144,000 is mentioned in two places in the book of Revelation. One is on the earth, just prior to the tribulation; God seals 144,000 people on their foreheads so that they may not get hurt in the second tribulation. According to Revelation 7:1-8, just before the second part of great tribulation begins, God seals 144,000 people on their forehead to spare them in the tribulation. 144,000 is a round number. They were chosen by 12,000 from each tribe that is another round number. God gives freedom of choice to the people. God is most righteous; his selection is always by a criterion; and whoever meet the criteria will be chosen. A criteria selection will never end up with a round number. So, this 12,000 and 144,000 are just symbolic of numbers and the thousand figure indicates that there will be many people; and it will be distributed from all the tribes of Israel. "Revelation 14:1 And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads. 2 And I heard a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder: and I heard the voice of harpers harping with their harps: 3 And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth." These were redeemed from earth. Please notice, a voice from heaven, as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of a great thunder resembles the voice of God. These people played the harps of the father and sing the song synchronizing with the voice of God the Father. Nobody else could do it, means that they are the only one who have done it. In order to play his tune, or to do exactly as he does, in sync with God, they must have the mind of God, that is the mind of Christ. They played in sync with God the Father means that they obeyed God perfectly. The elders, beast, that is, all holy people in heaven do witness their performance of life; but the world could not.

3. Sion is City of God; it is Mountain of Holiness.

"Psalm 48:1 Great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in the mountain of his holiness. 2 Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, is mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the city of the great King." Much is said about Mount Zion even in the old testament. This is the place of Jesus Christ in heaven, and the bride also will be there with him. "Hebrews 12:22 But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels, 23 To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect," Resurrected Jesus Christ is the first born, and his bride is declared as born after him, and so they are the church of the first born, they are all made perfect, and Mount Sion is their place in heaven. "Psalm 2:6 Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion." That is, God will set Jesus Christ on the Mount Zion. "Romans 11:26 ... There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob: Acts 3:26 God, having raised up his Son Jesus, sent him to bless you, in turning away every one of you from his iniquities." The deliverer is Jesus Christ. According to these scriptures, as God, he will turn away his people, both Christians and Jews from their sins, will make them perfect, and will forgive their past sins. "Isaiah 12:6 Cry out and shout, thou inhabitant of Zion: for great is the Holy One of Israel in the midst of thee." His bride is the only one in Mount Zion, and Jesus Christ will be in the middle of them. So, let her rejoice.

4. Three names; of the Father, of the Son, and Bride.

If Christians live according to bible, instead of just memorizing and quoting verses of scriptures, they will overcome the world and the devil. "Revelation 3:21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne." What Jesus Christ said, he meant it. "Revelation 21:2 Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. ... 9 Then one of the seven angels ... came to me and talked with me, saying, Come, I will show you the bride, the Lamb's wife. 10 And he carried me away in the spirit to a great and high mountain, and showed me that great city, the holy Jerusalem, descending out of heaven from God," Please notice this, New Jerusalem in heaven is not a city, but it is the name given to Lamb's wife, she is the bride of Christ. "Revelation 14:1 And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads." They who overcame, stand with Jesus Christ on mount Sion, they belong to God the Father. "Revelation 3:12 He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall go out no more. And I will write on him the name of My God and the name of the city of My God, the New Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God. And I will write on him My new name." They will have three names on their foreheads. So, the name of the bride is New Jerusalem, and she belong to God the father as well as to Jesus Christ. She will be in the temple also whenever God is there.

5. The high calling is to become the Bride of the Lamb.

We saw that 144,000 is a symbolic number; they synchronize their lives with God; have the mind of Christ; and they are the bride of Christ. "Revelation 14:4 says, These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins." There is a church that I know of, teaches that it is real in the flesh. That is, those who are married, or had sex, they will not be the bride of Christ. If what they say is true, none of the twelve apostles of Jesus Christ and none of the heroes of faith in the bible are qualified to be the bride. But, they are among the bride. So, this church is ignorant. This virgin is spiritual. In the natural, that is in the flesh, virgins are born. But in the spiritual, sinners become virgins. "2 Corinthians 11:2 For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ." Here apostle Paul is trying to convert sinners into virgins for Jesus Christ. "4 continues to say, These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth." Remember that in Matthew 16:24 Jesus told his disciples, "If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me." So, they picked up the cross and followed Jesus wherever he went. "Again 4 continues to say, These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb. James 1:18 Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures." So, it is by the word of God. Since they are in the front line in every venture, even in obeying his every word, they are firstfruits to the Lamb. "5 says, And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God." Guile is to speak in enticing words with false humility. It is a kind of boasting and lie. Referring to Jesus Christ, "1 Peter 2:22 Who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth:" It is the characteristic of Jesus Christ. They follow Jesus Christ even in speaking, and they are without fault before the throne of God. They have fulfilled the high calling of God the Father, to be the bride of Jesus Christ. And so, they are the bride of the Lamb, who is Jesus Christ.

There are four levels in heaven. The first one is new earth, which is Paradise. Born again believers, who are in the status of children, will go there. Second is, the tabernacle of God in Paradise; the servants of God will serve God from there. The throne of God is in the tabernacle, and so, it is glorious. New heavens are the third level, and there are more than one. The top level is the bride of the lamb. She is called 'New Jerusalem', it is not a place. She is in heavenly "Sion", where God dwells. Only the Bride of Christ, the New Jerusalem, can be in "Sion." Probably, you may be able to get in. Give it a try. God will like it. In case you fail to be on top, the next is the Son of God in new heavens. It is so great. Please go for it. God will help you.

What is the true gospel and what are false gospels?

Matthew 28:20, & Mark 16:15. Jesus Christ preached his commandments to obey, as his Gospel; it is the true Gospel to inherit Eternal life. Genesis 3:1-4 & 2 Corinth 11:2-4. But Preachers, who are Serpents of Satan, preach the life of man Jesus just to believe, but not to live as a chaste virgin, as the gospel; it is another gospel, which cannot and will not give Eternal life.

What will the true Gospel do?

The true gospel will convert evil people to do good and thereby they will inherit the kingdom in heaven. John 3:19-21 say that people are two kinds, evil and true. Evil doers will not come to the Light, who is God; but people of truth come to God for their deeds to be made manifest. We have good and evil people by our standard of our society or culture. These evil people may be converted to be doers of truth by the power of God, and they may inherit the kingdom of God in heaven.
