Takes Away Sinning, then Forgives their Past Sins

"Mark 16:15 preach the gospel to every creature. Matthew 28:20 Teaching them to observe (do) all things whatsoever I (Jesus Christ) have commanded: Revelation 22:13 I am Alpha and Omega,... 14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, ... have right to the tree of life, and... enter ... the city."

I am a retired pastor of the Church of God (Tennessee).
My name is Isaac Livingston. I am from Neyyoor India.

Jesus Christ took away the first covenant and established the second.

Takes away sinning is to remove the sinning; as a scapegoat. First covenant sacrifices could not take away sins. So, sins and sacrifices were repeated. So, 'God the Word' became man, sacrificed himself, and became the author of salvation. As a scapegoat, he takes away sins. As a lamb, he died for sins. As the author of salvation, Jesus Christ turns away his people from sinning and forgives their past sins. So doing, he removed the first covenant and established the second covenant.
