Declaration

Jesus Christ is the author of the gospel. He tells his disciples to teach his commandments as the gospel, for people to observe, as in Mark 16:15-16 and Matthew 28:18-20. Apostles preached that Jesus taught to do. If we do not obey, Jesus Christ will take vengeance as in 2 Thessalonians 1:8. If we obey Jesus Christ, we will be blessed and we will inherit his kingdom, as in Revelation 22:14.

Gospel and salvation are part of evangelical Christianity. We know what they are. However, the devil is the deceiver, who deceived Eve at the garden of Eden, and he still deceives Christians. But, we think that nobody can deceive us and so we will have no problem.

Jesus is the author of the gospel and he preached the gospel.

The gospel is that Jesus died on the cross for our sins and if we believe it, we are saved. The Bible says that Jesus is the author of the gospel and he preached the gospel. But, Jesus did not preach to believe his death and resurrection as the gospel for our salvation. If Jesus did not preach that, and if we preach it as the gospel, then we are preaching another gospel. If our gospel is true, almost all Christians will go to heaven. But, if it is another gospel, all will go to hell. It looks like that Satan do not have to deceive us, and we are very much capable of deceiving ourselves. We talk about eternal life and glorious heaven, but do we actually believe it? I don’t think so. It is our religiosity. Heaven is not ghost story. It is real. If you really believe that heaven is the most glorious prosperous joyful happy long life of reality and you can have inheritance there, will you take this inheritance to heaven for granted, or will you make sure that you get it? I think that you will make sure of the inheritance. You are not doing it because you do not believe in it. Heaven is old folk’s story to you. It is not real for you.

The Bible says that Jesus Christ is the only author of the gospel. Isaiah prophesied, that the Holy Ghost will anoint Jesus Christ, who was sent from heaven, to preach the gospel. Isaiah 61:1 says "The spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted...and so on" This prophesy is fulfilled in Jesus Christ in Luke 4:17-21. "17 And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written, 18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised. 20 And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him. 21 And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears." Jesus Christ is the only person of this prophesy, and so he is the only author of the gospel. He did preach the Gospel when he was a man. Matthew 4:23 says: "And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, ..." Mark 1 says: "14) Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God, 15) And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel." So, Jesus Christ did preach the gospel, taught his disciples to preach the gospel and send them also to preach the same gospel that he has preached. If any of us preach the gospel, we must also preach the same gospel. "In Luke 9:1 he called his twelve disciples together, and gave them power and authority over all devils, and to cure diseases. 2 And he sent them to preach the kingdom of God, and to heal the sick. 6 And they departed, and went through the towns, preaching the gospel, and healing everywhere." Jesus Christ gives his disciples power and authority over the devils and to heal diseases. Gospel is for eternal life and healing is for a sign. Signs follow them that believe the power and authority of God. Eternal life is given to those, who believe and obey the gospel of Jesus Christ. The Holy Ghost is given to those who obey him. "Acts 5:32 says, we are his witnesses of these things; and so is also the Holy Ghost, whom God hath given to them that obey him. Hebrews 5:9 says, And being made perfect, he became the author of eternal salvation unto all them that obey him;" Jesus Christ did not preach to believe his death and resurrection as the gospel for salvation. So, the message of the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ is not the gospel for salvation. We all must believe that as a pre-requisite for the gospel he preached. His disciples preached Jesus Christ as the author of the gospel and preached his commandments as the gospel for the people to obey so that they may inherit his kingdom. All other gospels are another gospels. They deceive you.

Teach the Commandments of Jesus Christ as the Gospel

Jesus Christ replies to a man in Matthew 19: "16) He asks... Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life? 17) Jesus answered ... if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments." He tells him to obey his commandments. Let us see in the epistles, "2 Thessalonians 1: 7 … when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, 8 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: (So, if we do not obey him, he will take vengeance in flaming fire, it is what the scripture says.) 9 Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; 10 When he shall come to be glorified in his saints, and to be admired in all them that believe (---) in that day." So, if we do not obey him, he will destroy us in flaming fire, and if we obey him, we will be glorified in him, and with him. Most Christians laugh at these. But, it is not a hoax and it is real.

The Lord Jesus Christ came to his disciples after his resurrection and told them to preach the gospel. Mark and Matthew recorded this. Mark recorded as: Mark 16:15 says: "... he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature." And Matthew recorded the same instructions as: " Matthew 28:20 says: "Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you." So, we see that to preach the gospel Mark, is the same as to teach the commandments of Jesus Christ for the people to obey.

Inheritance in the kingdom of God is not a cheap thing. A position in the government of the United States is a great thing, it is not even an inheritance. If we have to stand for scrutiny for a position in a worldly government, how much more do we have to stand for test to inherit the kingdom of God? Most Christians look at it as a very cheap and free commodity.

How to inherit the Kingdom of Heaven?

Let us see what is required of us to inherit heaven. What are the main things that we must do? 1. We must love God. Jesus said in Matthew 6:37, "Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind." Jesus Christ told the religious people in John 5:42 "I know you, that ye have not the love of God in you." Even now, religious people put up a show, they do not love God. But he told his disciples in John 16:27, "the Father himself loveth you, because ye have loved me,..." The disciples loved him. So, if we love Jesus, God the Father will love us. This is good. But, when we love Jesus Christ, we must love him as the disciples loved him. We cannot love him as we love our pets. We must love him with reverence, which also has an element of fear. So, #2, we must fear God. "Luke 1:50 his mercy is on them that fear him from generation to generation. Matthew 10:28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell." So, we must love God, with fear. #3 is, we should do no harm to anybody. Let me read Romans 13:8-10. "8 Owe no man anything, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law. 9 For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 10 Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law." So, 'Love thy neighbor' requires only two things. 1) as in verse 8, don't owe anything to anybody and 2) don't hurt or do evil to your neighbor. So, if you do these two things, you have obeyed this commandment. Any righteous person can do this. We do not have to be our brother’s keeper, as some preachers say with ignorance. #4 We must do good to all, especially to true believers in Christ. "Galatians 6:10 As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith. James 4:17 Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin." So, do good to others. In a nut shell, these are the summary of all commandments of Jesus Christ. Are these things, too much for a person who will inherit the kingdom of God? Not at all. "1 John 5:3 says, For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous." If we love Jesus Christ as our God, these commandments are not hard to obey. But, if we love Jesus as one of our friends, or as one of the voluntary social workers, we will not do what they want us to do. But we will still love them. The problem is, if we love Jesus Christ that way, we will not inherit his kingdom. "1 Corinthians 2:9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. 10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God." If you are really born of the Spirit of God, not the spirit of the church, but spirit from God, you will know the deep things of God. Then, you will seek after his kingdom, the Spirit of God will lead you, and you will inherit the kingdom of God. Religion will never take you there. Don’t be satisfied with religion. It will deceive you. Seek God.

Thank you for listening. God bless you. May his presence go with you. Amen.

Additional Notes:

Please notice the last statement of the Lord God Jesus Christ to the churches; it is his grand finale. "Revelation 22:14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city." He tells that only those who obey him will go into heaven. So, obeying Jesus Christ is the key to enter heaven.

Let me make a statement just to emphasize the truth. Even if we have repented, took water baptism, and if we have belief, faith, hope, love, grace, and if we claim that we are saved, sanctified, reconciled, restored, and filled with the Holy Ghost, have the gifts of the Holy Ghost, born again, born of the spirit and born of water, and yet if we do not obey Jesus Christ, God will cast us in the lake of fire. But even if we do not have any of these, yet if we obey Jesus Christ, we will go to heaven. Why do I say this? Example: If we have repented we will obey. If we have faith, we will obey. If we believe God, we will obey; and so on. Everything will include obedience. If they say that they have other things but not obedience, then they are telling a lie. Bottom line is; we must be honest and obey God. Then, we will inherit the kingdom of God.

If someone asks what things to obey, before they decide to obey; answer them hypothetically. Whatever God tells us to do, we must do. For an example; God told prophet Isaiah to walk naked on the streets. The prophet did. God told prophet Hosea to take a wife of whoredom and to have children with her. He did. God told prophet Ezekiel to eat cake, cooked by human waste (feces). So, we must do whatever God tells us to do. Let them first accept the principle that we must obey God for our salvation. If they have accepted it and then asked sincerely what to obey; then teach them what to obey from the Bible.

You may begin your study from these two lessons: 1. Commands of Jesus Christ: "Commands of Jesus". 2. Gospel of Jesus Christ: "Gospel of Jesus". Thank you.

What is the true gospel and what are false gospels?

Matthew 28:20, & Mark 16:15. Jesus Christ preached his commandments to obey, as his Gospel; it is the true Gospel to inherit Eternal life. Genesis 3:1-4 & 2 Corinth 11:2-4. But Preachers, who are Serpents of Satan, preach the life of man Jesus just to believe, but not to live as a chaste virgin, as the gospel; it is another gospel, which cannot and will not give Eternal life.

What will the true Gospel do?

The true gospel will convert evil people to do good and thereby they will inherit the kingdom in heaven. John 3:19-21 say that people are two kinds, evil and true. Evil doers will not come to the Light, who is God; but people of truth come to God for their deeds to be made manifest. We have good and evil people by our standard of our society or culture. These evil people may be converted to be doers of truth by the power of God, and they may inherit the kingdom of God in heaven.
