Baptized and Filled with Holy Ghost

"Matthew 28:20 Teaching them to observe (do) all things whatsoever I (Jesus Christ) have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen. 2 Corinthians 7:1 ... dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God."

We declare

Jesus Christ baptizes with the Holy Ghost. It is ordination with gifts and power for ministry. He keeps giving them power and boldness as needed for ministry, and calls it as filling of the Holy Ghost. Holy Ghost baptism is not needed to inherit eternal life. However, we need the holy spirit in us for eternal life.

Explanation

What is the Holy Ghost baptism? We see in the gospels of Matthew and Mark, Jesus Christ told his disciples to go and to preach the gospel everywhere. But he also tells them to wait until they receive power from heaven. "Acts 1:4 And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me. 5 For John truly baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost not many days hence. ... 8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth." So, the disciples waited together in one place and suddenly they were baptized with the Holy Ghost. "Acts 2:2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. 3 And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. 4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance." This is the baptism with the Holy Ghost. This is how God anoint and ordain his disciples to send them to his ministry with power. All other ordination that is given by churches are man made and God has nothing to do with them. There are people, who fakes the baptism of the Holy Ghost also. Until and unless we are guided by the Holy Spirit, we will not be safe without deception. There are lot of deceptions in Churches. May God help us.

What is filled with the Holy Ghost? The Holy Ghost fell on them for a moment to give boldness and power. "Acts 11:15 And as I began to speak, the Holy Ghost fell on them, as on us at the beginning. 16 Then remembered I the word of the Lord, how that he said, John indeed baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost." Here, fell on them is baptizing them with the Holy Ghost. When the Holy Ghost fills people for the first time, invariably he gives them gift or gifts with power and it is called baptism. Subsequently, as often as the Holy Ghost gives them boldness and power, it is referred as filling of the Holy Ghost.

The Holy Ghost baptism may not be subsequent to a clean heart. "Psalm 68:18 Thou hast ascended on high, thou hast led captivity captive: thou hast received gifts for men; yea, for the rebellious also, that the LORD God might dwell among them." This verse is prophetic and it refers to the Lord Jesus Christ giving gifts, which refers to the baptism of the Holy Ghost. Rebellious people do not have a clean heart. "Matthew 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity." Jesus Christ will send them, who has the baptism of Holy Ghost, to do the ministry with gifts, but they commit sin and iniquity, and they will be punished in hell. It is proof that the baptism of the Holy Ghost is given not only to people with clean heart, but to those who do not have clean hearts. Christians may think that we need the baptism of the Holy Ghost for eternal life, no, we don't. Thank you.

God Bless You
