The Creator, One Spirit with Souls, is the only true God

"Mark 16:15 preach the gospel to every creature. Matthew 28:20 Teaching them to observe (do) all things whatsoever I (Jesus Christ) have commanded: Revelation 22:13 I am Alpha and Omega,... 14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, ... have right to the tree of life, and... enter ... the city."

The Creator is the only true God

Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. In the beginning God is referred as the creator of the universe and everything in it. Religions pick up a person with some supreme feature and portray him as god and worship him. Their gods will not fit the definition of God being the creator of the universe from nothing. God created the living beings as male and female for them to multiply. This God describes himself as three persons (souls) in one Spirit body. Because of his one Spirit body, he is one God. Because of his Souls, he is three persons. The Bible refers them as, most high God, the Word, and Spirit of God. In the New Testament the three names are recorded as 'God the Father', 'God the Son', who is declared as 'the Lord Jesus Christ', and 'God the Holy Ghost'. The persons in God has character attributes that are righteousness and holiness. The Spirit body of God is omnipotent, omnipresent, and omniscient. These three persons have joined together in one Spirit and created all that exist. The creation of male and female is for their perpetual existence. God also created non-living things.

1. There are No other gods

The true God is the one who created the universe with everything in it. He was existing before the very beginning. If we miss this definition and looking for a person, who has some special features, to be your god then you may find many such persons as gods. Men made-up many gods.

Most people in the world belong to some kind of religion or belief. They have many gods or something which is equivalent to a god. Hindus have many kinds of gods. Some worship a hero of a play, drama, novel, etc. Some worship kings, great warriors, handsome men, prettiest women, wisest persons, etc. Some worship their close kindred who passed away. Some worship spirits, idols, stones, fire, water, earth, sun, moon, etc. Many of them worship those who they fear, like cobra, leopard, elephant, etc and some worship cows, oxen, monkey etc since they provide food and help cultivation. Many worship demons, devils and Lucifer, who is Satan, even by giving them different names. In this manner there are many gods in many religions. In Judaism there is only one God. Even though there are many names used for God, the familiar name is Jehovah. Islam worship only one god. They claim that they worship the God of Abraham. But that is not true. Their god is Allah and not Jehovah. God of Abraham is Almighty God Jehovah. Allah has purposed to destroy the worshipers of Jehovah. There are many false gods which are made by men. People worship demonic spirits. Lucifer was the prime angel of God and was rejected by God because of his iniquity. He is known as the old serpent, the devil and Satan. He shows himself as God, even to Christians, in order to be worshiped. He comes as angel of light with the power that was given to him and deceive even Christians. Every religion and most Christians worship Satan, who is in disguise as God. "2 Corinthians 11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. 15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works. 2 Thessalonians 2:4 Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God." But godly people, who love God with their obedience, will not be deceived. Jews and Christians worship the same God. But Christians worship Jehovah in his full entirety with understanding, where as Jews worship the form of Jehovah. That is, Christians worship one Spirit God in three persons, who has created the universe, and who will destroy the present universe and will create new earth with new heavens.

2. The Creator is the Only true God

Science establishes the fact that even an atom cannot be created from nothing. In this case, how did the world, sun, moon and stars come to existence? How did the living beings including the intelligent human beings come to existence? Whomever brought these into existence is the Creator and this Creator is God. He exists from the everlasting past. John 4:24 says God is a Spirit: According to Genesis 1:1, Deuteronomy 6:4, 1 Kings 8:60, Mark 12:32, John 4:24, 1 Corinthians 8:4, etc God is one. He is one Spirit that is Omnipotent, Omniscient and Omnipresent. He is the embodiment of all Powers. God is also Soul. So he is a person. This person, who is in the Spirit, who has the Omni-Powers with which the universe was created, is God. His soul is the cluster of three souls, and functions with the Spirit as one God.

A. God is a Spirit with Power

If there was a beginning, God was in existence even before that beginning. Angels and fallen angels are also spirits. God also gives a spirit to a human (person), who has genuinely repented of his/her sins. Among all these spirits, God's Spirit is the only Spirit who has the awesome power attributes, which can create or destroy anything and everything including the universe.

i. He is Omnipotent

God is all powerful. Absolutely nothing is impossible to him. With his power he created the entire universe including the smallest atom therein, with all its details. Job 42:2 I know that thou canst do every thing, and that no thought can be withholden from thee. Psalms 147:5 Great is our Lord, and of great power: his understanding is infinite. Revelation 19:6 --- Alleluia: for the Lord God omnipotent reigneth.

ii. He is Omnipresent

God is present anywhere and everywhere. His presence is up in skies, above stars, under the oceans, in hell, in heaven, and all over. Psalm 135:6 Whatsoever the LORD pleased, that did he in heaven, and in earth, in the seas, and all deep places. Psalm 139:7 Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence? 8 If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there.

iii. He is Omniscient

God knows everything there is to know. He knows everybody from Adam until the end of the world, what everybody thought and will think, etc. He gives people knowledge to study the wonders of science that is existing in creation. He knows everything in the past and knows whatever will be in the future. Nothing is hidden from him. "Job 26:6 Hell is naked before him, and destruction hath no covering. Job 34:21 For his eyes are upon the ways of man, and he seeth all his goings. 22 There is no darkness, nor shadow of death, where the workers of iniquity may hide themselves. Psalms 147:5 Great is our Lord, .: his understanding is infinite." Science, history, future, and nothing is hidden from him. He is God.

B. God is Persons (souls) of Perfect Holiness

God has Souls, which are his Persons. "Matthew 12:18 --- my beloved, in whom my soul is well pleased. Hebrews 10:38 the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. Jeremiah 5:9,29 --- shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this?" God created men and women in the image of his Soul (person). "Genesis 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them." But, God created the physical body of male and female from the dust. "Genesis 2:7 .. the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground,"

Man is created in the image of God. God person (soul) is perfectly holy. So, man is capable of living perfectly holy and God requires us to be holy as he is holy and to be perfect as God is perfect. "1 Peter 1:15 But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; 16 Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy. Matthew 5:48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect. Ephesians 4:13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:"

C. God is three Souls in one Spirit

The God of the Bible is the only true God. "Mark 12:32 --- Master, thou hast said the truth: for there is one God; and there is none other but he." He is a Spirit. "John 4:24 God is a Spirit:" God also has soul, as indicated here: "Jeremiah 5:9,29 --- shall not my soul be avenged on such a nation as this? Matthew 12:18 --- my beloved, in whom my soul is well pleased. Hebrews 10:38 --- but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him." So, God is Spirit and Soul.

A human exists in a body of flesh with a soul. "Exodus 30:12 then shall they give every man a ransom for his soul unto the LORD. Matthew 16:26 For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?" So, we consist of body and soul.

Both God and humans have in common is the soul. When the Scripture states that God made us in his own image, it refers to the image of his Soul. "Genesis 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them." We exist through our bodies, which are flesh. God is Soul in omnipotent Spirit and not flesh, which is from the dust. Our souls are nested in flesh.

Godís Spirit is omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent. His Spirit identifies him as God as our bodies identify us as men. A human body has one soul whereas God has more than one soul within his Spirit. The Souls (persons) inside the Spirit of God are the most high God (the Father), the Word (the Son) and the Holy Ghost. "Matthew 28:19 Ė in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 1 John 5:7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one." His Souls (persons) possess perfect character. Therefore, God is righteous and holy. The three persons in God are both individually and collectively one God, since the souls are in one Spirit God, who has the Omni-Powers.

D. Example for three Souls (Persons) in one Spirit

The Bible describes God as three persons knitted in one Spirit as one God. These God persons have different names, although they are jointly and individually called God. Previous to God the Word became the Son of man, the three persons were known as most high God, the Word and Spirit of God. After the death, resurrection and ascension of the Son of man, they are called God the Father, God the Son or Lord Jesus Christ and the Holy Ghost. Let us see how they are knitted as one in one Spirit.

For an example, we do our works with our body. Even though our body is doing the work, there are three equally important systems in our body jointly participating in the work. God also being three equally important persons uniquely fit in one Spirit body as one person.

1. Brain and Nerves. Brain gives commands, through nerves, to muscle what to do. Same way, God the Father tells God the Son what to do.

2. Heart and Blood. Heart pumps to supply the required blood to do the work. Same way, God the Holy Ghost gives necessary power, as God the Son does the work.

3. Muscles and Bones (Body). Body does every work. Same way, the Son, Jesus Christ does the work by the instruction of the Father and by the provision of the Holy Ghost.

We see the body does the work. But the nerves, the blood and the muscles, all are joined as one, are doing the work. We see the body, but they are three different functional systems, physically united together as one unit. In the same way, God is three persons (souls) in one Spirit. God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Ghost are united together as one, doing their own functions to perform as one God. One thing you could have noticed is that God the Father is the head or the brain of the other two. "1 Corinthians 11:3 says the head of Christ is God." But we see that Jesus Christ is doing all things.

E. Scripture verses for 3 in 1 God

The oneness of God. When the Bible speaks about the only one God, it refers to the three persons together as one God in one Spirit. The following verses say that there is only one God. "Deuteronomy 6:4 Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD. James 2:19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well." Additional Scriptures: Genesis 1:1, 1 Kings 8:60, Mark 12:32, and 1 Corinthians 8:4.

Three persons in God. In the creation, God the Spirit moved upon the face of the waters means that the Holy Ghost was also involved in the creation. Let us see the creation account in the beginning. "Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. 2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters." Here we see that the Spirit of God also is in creation. In Job 26:13, 33:4, Psalms 104:30, Luke 1:35, Hebrews 10:5, etc we see that the Spirit of God, who is the Holy Ghost in the NT, is involved in creation with God the Most High and God the Word. "John 1:3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made." That is, God the Word created all things. "Ephesians 3:9 says that God, created all things by Jesus Christ:" Here God the Father instructed Jesus Christ and Jesus created all things. If we include the Spirit of God as in Genesis 1:2 there are three persons in creation as God. Let us see "Genesis 1:3 God said, Let there be light:" So, Most High God said to bring the light. "3 there was light." That is, Somebody brought the light. "4 God divided the light from the darkness." That is God created the light from darkness. Who is this God? The Bible says it was Jesus Christ a/c to John 1:3 & Ephesians 3:9. So, Jesus Christ is called God even in Genesis. Also we see in Genesis 1: 6, 9, 14, 20 & 24 God told someone to create and in verses 7, 10, 16, 21 & 24 God, who is Jesus Christ, created them. So the 3 persons in God have created all things as one person a/c to verse 1. At verse "26 God said, Let us make man in our image, etc." Here Let us and our image refer to the 3 souls or 3 persons in God. Man was made in the image of the souls of God. "27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him;" Here again God refers himself in single to show that the 3 persons in God works always as one Spirit. So, God is 3 in 1. In the NT the three persons in God are the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost as in Matthew 28:19 & 2 Corinthians 13:14. The Son is the Word and he is Jesus Christ. Holy Ghost is the Spirit of God. The Most High or the highest God is God the Father. We saw that God is the union of three persons as one Spirit in the Old as well as in the New Testament. We will see the unified work of God, not only it in creation, but in every work of God as in salvation.
