Preface

Many followers of Jesus Christ love him very dearly despite the tribulations and persecutions they had to go through, and it is shown in the end of chapter 8. False preachers vehemently preach that it is the love of Jesus Christ towards the sinning Christians of the world. No! in the context, it is the love of true believers toward their Lord Jesus Christ, but false preachers turn the table. We must escape such deception of Satan and his preachers.

God created people in all kinds of variations, but there is no variations or partiality in rewarding. God grants eternal rewards according to what works they have done in the situation given in their life. In the world, Abraham’s descendants inherited his name. But those who obeyed God as Abraham obeyed God even in laying Isaac on the altar, will inherit eternal blessings of Abraham. So, signs as circumcision or baptism means nothing to eternity.

The real old testament began from the time of Abraham. From the entire world of people, God chose Abraham and teach us the benefit for obeying and disobeying God. God calls himself as the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. Even in Abraham he has excluded Ismael, sons of Keturah, and Esau. And he calls a few gentile kings as his servants. However, God selected a family from the world to represent the chosen of God. God gave them circumcision as a sign in the flesh to them. There was a separation as Jews and gentiles. This separation is the real old testament.

God is the same always, and he will never change in his righteousness, holiness, and in his judgments. All other things, God is the God of diversion and changes. God has created us with fingerprint not one like the other; and all is different in creation. God made the new testament different from the old testament. What is the difference? God has joined the Jews and Gentiles as one, by breaking down the middle wall of partition between them as one. God took away the first covenant and he established the second covenant with his people; this is the new testament.

Bible has the old and the new testaments. The old testament is mostly about the blessings and curses in the kingdoms of this world, and of the Jews. The new testament is about the kingdom of God in heaven, and the punishment to the cursed people in hell and in the lake of fire. The consequence of good and evil are heaven and hell. God removed the old covenant and established the new covenant. "Colossians 2:14 says that Jesus, Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross." But our churches and Christian religion have imitated all the priesthood, ceremonies, rituals, etc, and brought them back to Christianity, attached the name Jesus Christ in it, as in the crucifix. But this crucified Jesus is an idol of the man Jesus. And they have brought back the old testament and the worldly blessings into Christianity. The Lord Jesus Christ removed the old covenant, but Christianity brought back the old covenant. They use the old and the new and pick passages from both according to whatever suit them at that time. But we must separate the old testament to begin the new; we cannot hold them both according to God. Our Jesus Christ is the resurrected Jesus Christ in the omnipotent Spirit. Jesus Christ of Christians is the one on the crucifix, who is an idol of the Man Jesus. The deception of Satan, the old serpent, is this: He will tell Christians that the old testament is also the word of God, and so, we must not leave it behind; and if we do, it is as if we are rejecting God. Most Christians believe Satan, and end up like Eve. If you are successful, then let the old covenant go, and then embrace the new covenant dearly. This will be the new beginning to you. Then in the place of ceremonies and rituals, God will give you the Holy Spirit. Ceremonies are religion, but Holy Spirit is a living person, who will guide you. This is the new testament.

Apostle Paul is the author of the epistle to Romans, it is a part of the scriptures, the Spirit of God is behind it. Did the Spirit of God (Holy Ghost) put up with Paul or did he guide Paul to make this also as stumbling stones for the fall of the disciples of the old serpent? Let us study this.

Romans Chapter 9, verse by verse Study.

"1-3. 1 I say the truth in Christ, I lie not, my conscience also bearing me witness in the Holy Ghost," Paul express again and again that he is telling the truth, probably because he is not only saying controversial things, but he also is a controversial person. So, God uses him to bring words in such a way that evil people and false preachers should stumble. God does it more with Paul than with any other apostles. "2 That I have great heaviness and continual sorrow in my heart. 3 For I could wish that myself were accursed from Christ for my brethren, my kinsmen according to the flesh:" His heavy continual sorrow is for the Jews, whereas he claims that he is an apostle for the gentiles. It does not make sense. Yet at this point let me emphasize one most important point. The base foundation of the new testament is that Jesus Christ broke the middle wall between Jews and Gentiles, Jesus Christ made the decayed, waxed, and old covenant to vanish away, and became the mediator of the new covenant and establishes it, and nailed the old testament ordinance, circumcision, and all things on his cross, and took them all out of the way. He made the Jews and the Gentiles as one. And so, Christians must be the one the only group of good conscience of godly people, and all the rest are must one group of evil ungodly people. So apostle Paul or anybody in the new testament should not have two groups as Jews and Gentile, but as one godly good people. If we call them Christians, they must be good conscience people, and all the rest must be unrighteous evil people. New testament is after the crucifixion, which is after Jesus Christ made the Jews and Gentiles as one people. "Galatians 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. Colossians 3:11 Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all." So, in the new testament, all are one, but good and evil are the two.

Jews are descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob: Israel are Spirit descendants of God.

"4&5. 4 Who are Israelites; to whom pertaineth the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the giving of the law, and the service of God, and the promises; 5 Whose are the fathers, and of whom as concerning the flesh Christ came, who is over all, God blessed for ever. Amen." All people, including Gentiles, are given conscience. But the Jews were given the laws, commandments, and even the higher calling. Even Jesus came as a Jew, and he was made to the most high calling. Now all is stripped from the special group, the Jews, and all people are made as one. Look at the verse; Jews, as a group, are stripped from all these blessings of these verses, but the blessings are given to another group called Israel; what is the difference between the two. Let us see a passage from the old testament. It is about Jacob, who is the root of Jews. "Genesis 32:23 And he took them, and sent them over the brook, and sent over that he had. 24 And Jacob was left alone; and there wrestled a man with him until the breaking of the day. 25 And when he saw that he prevailed not against him, he touched the hollow of his thigh; and the hollow of Jacob's thigh was out of joint, as he wrestled with him. 26 And he said, Let me go, for the day breaketh. And he said, I will not let thee go, except thou bless me. 27 And he said unto him, What is thy name? And he said, Jacob. 28 And he said, Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed. 29 And Jacob asked him, and said, Tell me, I pray thee, thy name. And he said, Wherefore is it that thou dost ask after my name? And he blessed him there. 35:10 And God said unto him, Thy name is Jacob: thy name shall not be called any more Jacob, but Israel shall be thy name: and he called his name Israel." Jacob, as a worldly person, wanted to be successful in life, deceived his brother, father, father-in-law, and so on and his nature was just that. At one point he let all his blessings, his entire family of loved ones, servants, all his wealth, the lambs, and all, passed them beyond the brook over the ford Jabbok, and he was alone to be with God. Please read the verses, they are easy to know. He had all the blessings of the world. But he asked God "I will not let you go; except thou bless me" as if he was not blessed yet. Yes, God blessed him with all worldly blessings. Now he was asking God for the blessings in heaven. So, God broke his flesh that is of the world and blessed him with heavenly blessings. And he named him as Israel. So, we study this, notice the name Jacob or Jews is for the world, but the name Israel is for heaven.

"6 Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect. For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel:" The word of God will not have the effect on you, if you are seeking God for worldly riches and benefits. If we look closely, they are not all Israel, even though they are called as Israel, Jew, or as the chosen people of God. But the true people of God just a few that are inside this big group of religion. They have the Spirit of God in them.

"7 Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called." The seeds of Abraham by the flesh included Ishmael, sons of Keturah, and Esau. But they were rejected from being the children of Abraham. And now we also see that all the children of Jacob are not Israel. In this verse, we see the first step only, that is from Abraham to Isaac, and Ishmael was rejected.

"8&9. 8 That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed. 9 For this is the word of promise, At this time will I come, and Sarah shall have a son. If we see carefully, God has rejected the children of the flesh, that is, those seek the blessings of the world are not included with God for the kingdom of heaven. God gives it to them by promise, and by their love for spiritual and heavenly blessings. Eternal blessings are not given because they are seed of Abraham, or Jews, or now even we are Christians.

"10-13. 10 And not only this; but when Rebecca also had conceived by one, even by our father Isaac; 11 (For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth;) 12 It was said unto her, The elder shall serve the younger. 13 As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated." When we see the life of Esau, he became rich and he lack nothing in this world. But he did not regard the God given blessings over physical suffering as even hunger. God is God, and he knows all things by his foreknowledge; and he tells them before it happens. But dishonest preachers and believers uses such scriptures to stumble and fall. Here they say that God is passing on the verdict from thin air; and he is forcing the events to suit the verdict. This is the version of the devil, and God allows them to stumble. No, God tells such things by his foreknowledge. But false preachers twist such to make false doctrines to deceive believers.

"14 What shall we say then? Is there unrighteousness with God? God forbid." God is the most righteous judge. His attribute is holy righteousness.

Calvin the Scholar, the Calvinists, and Calvinism Doctrine.

John Calvin was a French theologian, pastor, and reformer in Geneva during the Protestant Reformation. The group Calvinists are those who hijacked his name, since he was famous. Then they made their theology in his name after his time. I have a lesson about Calvin and the doctrine of Calvinism. It is on my website, and on the YouTube. If you like to see it, I have the links below:

https://truegospel.com/johncalvin.html, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7EyYJq4kRqE

Calvin was a scholar, highly educated administrator, he was almost a governor or even a dictator to the town and the representative of God in the church. He was as a pope to his church, and very well respected. He did not know much scriptures. He embraced the doctrines of Catholic church, but rejected the authority of Pope; in a way he became the pope of his followers. He had very strong ability to implement things and was a successful administrator. He was very hard-working man, but he did not take care of his health, and he died when he was fifty-five. He presented God as all-powerful with dominant arrogant mind, without any principle, righteousness, or holiness; but God does whatever he wants with self-importance; and nobody can dare question his will. This was his vision of God. Since he was very famous, when he died too young, a group of people behind him, used his name to form a group as Calvinists. They were very ungodly, rebellious, knowing nothing from the truth of the scriptures, called themselves theologians, used some of the writings of Paul, and formed Calvinist theology, fifty years after he died. See my website for details.

Calvinism, also known as Reformed Christianity. The name reformed seems to be a good thing, but this reformation was by Satan. It emphasizes on the sovereignty of God, with a deceptive twist in it. They present God as an unholy monster, who will do anything that he likes, and he may send a righteous man to hell, and may take an unrighteous criminal to heaven. But God is holy and righteous, he is not a respecter of persons, and his rewards are according to what we have done. They twist the word foreknowledge of God as the doctrine of predestination and say that God create some people to go to heaven and others to go to hell, and they will go to the destined places, no matter how they live. They add unconditional election with predestination. They emphasis on unconditional love and the irresistible grace of God. They say that God controls everything and everybody; as a puppet master. They have introduced a word called total depravity of everybody. It is God who initiate salvation, and destruction, so that people are predestined to their destiny. We are all pawns in the hands of God. So, the God of Calvinists is Satan, and he has all the attributes of the devil.

God uses Apostle Paul to make Calvinists stumble, since they do not love truth.

"15&16. 15 For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion. 16 So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that showeth mercy." In 15 we see God as arrogant, who will not consider righteousness, or even common decency. 16 says that our life and righteousness is irrelevant. In a way it says, even if you are good, God may destroy you, or even you are evil, God may reward you. Why does Paul write these verses giving room to false preachers to present God in a way that he is not? It is a stumbling stone for people like Calvinist and his followers to fall and be destroyed. "17 For the scripture saith unto Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose have I raised thee up, that I might show my power in thee, and that my name might be declared throughout all the earth." Even this verse may be explained as God is arrogant. But those who know the old testament history, understand that God raised Pharaoh in order to provide, multiply, and to make the Jews strong. Then God destroyed him when Pharaoh did not obey God for ten times during the plagues in Egypt. So, there was a reason and background for God to increase Pharaoh and there was reason to bring him down, but it is not just because God wants it that way.

"18-22. 18 Therefore hath he mercy on whom he will have mercy, and whom he will he hardeneth. 19 Thou wilt say then unto me, Why doth he yet find fault? For who hath resisted his will? 20 Nay but, O man, who art thou that repliest against God? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why hast thou made me thus? 21 Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour? 22 What if God, willing to show his wrath, and to make his power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath fitted to destruction:" These verses are easy to understand, without explanation. What all I see is that God can do what he wants to do, just because he has the power to do anything, and as a monster he will do it, and who are you question your creator, he can destroy you in a second, and so, beware. It is God's unreasonable arrogance and display of his power! This is the way Calvinists explain God, and it is their doctrine. And, what in the world you think you are to question him? But nowhere around this context, the idea of creation is brought in. God has so much of variance in creation, but in Judgment he is most righteous; and according to what is given, is required of every person; much is given, much is required, and so on. But they are not here in this context. Just because those are not in this context, can Calvinists take advantage of it to exploit? They do because they are of Satan.

"23&24. 23 And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory, 24 Even us, whom he hath called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?" Look again, he prepared some to glory, and it implied that they have nothing to do with it. And so, he says Jesus alone! No! "Matthew 16: 27 For the Son of man shall come in the glory of his Father with his angels; and then he shall reward every man according to his works." Jesus Christ says that the reward for everybody will be according to their works. But, Calvinists and the Grace Gospel preachers preach just the opposite because they are of the devil. The passage that Paul writes here also seems to agree with them. But it is that God allows and uses Paul as a stumbling block in many places so that those who do not obey God may fall. There are many more such verses say that God is the most righteous Judge, and his rewards will be according to the works done by his people. You may see these in many places, and let me give just a few; here they are, 1 Corinthians 3:8, 2 Timothy 4:14, and Revelation 22:12.

"25&26. 25 As he saith also in Osee, I will call them my people, which were not my people; and her beloved, which was not beloved." This is from the old testament. Here, 'my people' are Jews, and 'not my people' are Gentiles. And Jews are supposed to be the beloved of God, but because of their rebellion, God was rejecting them and calling them as 'not beloved.' Next verse is continuation to this. "26 And it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people; there shall they be called the children of the living God." At the historical time when the Jews were rebellious, Gentiles were better than the Jews in walking in the righteousness of God. And in this context, God calls the Gentiles as the children of God. God has a reason for this, and God is telling this as a warning to the Jews at that time. Calvinists hijack these verses and applying to the obedient people of this day, but it was supposed to be to the Jews of that day. They preach boldly that if you are righteous living children of the living God, you will be rejected; and if you are disobedient sinning people, you will be accepted as the beloved of God. This is proof that the God of Calvinists is Satan, the old serpent. In the epistles of Paul, we can see many such passages, so that Calvinist and such people may stumble and fall.

"27-29. 27 Esaias also crieth concerning Israel, Though the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, a remnant shall be saved:" Abraham's children, Jacob's children, are the Jews; most of them are after the blessings of the world, and God did not care for them. But God blessed whoever are after the Spiritual blessings, called them Israel, the remnant, the beloved, they are very few, and they shall be saved. "28 For he will finish the work, and cut it short in righteousness: because a short work will the Lord make upon the earth." Instead of rejecting the whole Israel, God has chosen the Spiritual Israel, who were living in righteousness, and this is the short work God has done. "29 And as Esaias said before, Except the Lord of Sabaoth had left us a seed, we had been as Sodoma, and been made like unto Gomorrha." Sodom and Gomorrah were completely burned down; and God could have done that to the Jews, but instead God has spared Israel. The word 'Sabaoth' is not in our language bible. However, in James 5:4 'Lord of Sabaoth' is seen as Lord of armies. But I am not familiar with the word Sabaoth, however, it may mean armies.

Teaching of Faith: Is Faith for Righteousness, Or opposite to it?

"30&31. 30 What shall we say then? That the Gentiles, which followed not after righteousness, have attained to righteousness, even the righteousness which is of faith." So, righteousness is of faith, that is, both are synonyms in life. That is, if we are living a righteous life, we have faith in God. If we do not live righteously, our faith is fake. Again bear in mind that this is a stumbling verse to people like Calvinists. This verse says about two kinds of righteousness, if you look at it carefully. 1) the true righteousness is after faith in God. 2) the false righteousness is by the position that they are the descendants of Abraham. Here Gentiles did not follow #2 righteousness, but they got #1 righteousness. So, they are truly righteous. "31 But Israel, which followed after the law of righteousness, hath not attained to the law of righteousness." Here they are Jews, they follow after #2 righteousness. But they did not attained the true righteousness. It appears to be ridiculous and is it a puzzle? It appears to say that if we do not follow righteousness, we will get it, and if we follow righteousness, we will not get it. It does not make sense! The solving skill depends on how we will define faith verses being a Jew, who are the family of Abraham. We may be led to believe that God is playing a crooked game to fool you. Is it true? False preachers seriously teach that faith is to believe that God will take us to heaven, if we just say that it is not by what we do and so keep on living for the devil, believing that God will take us to heaven. No. Paul was the disciple of the great theologian Gamaliel; God used him to stumble people like Calvinists.

"32 Wherefore? Because they sought it not by faith, but as it were by the works of the law. For they stumbled at that stumblingstone;" By faith means, they believe Jesus Christ, and so they obey him. If there is no obedience, their faith is fake. The work of the law is circumcision; it came after Abraham. It is by heritage and ceremonies, and it will not make anybody righteous. We will study more details about this in the chapter 11.

"33 As it is written, Behold, I lay in Sion a stumblingstone and rock of offence: and whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed." Sion is the highest place in heaven, where God dwells. God set Jesus Christ in Sion, and he is the stumbling stone above all other. If you are either Jew or Gentile, Or, Christian or non-Christian, whoever you are, if you believe on Jesus Christ with the proof that you are obeying his commands, you will not be ashamed. Those who say that they believe Jesus Christ, but if they do not obey his commands, they are fakes and liars. But they who do what he tells them to do, will not be ashamed. Jesus Christ is the stumbling stone in Sion and he uses Paul as a stumbling stone in Romans chapter 9.

Looking for the true gospel? This site has the true gospel!

What is the true gospel and what are false gospels?

Matthew 28:20, & Mark 16:15. Jesus Christ preached his commandments to obey, as his Gospel; it is the true Gospel to inherit Eternal life. Genesis 3:1-4 & 2 Corinth 11:2-4. But Preachers, who are Serpents of Satan, preach the life of man Jesus just to believe, but not to live as a chaste virgin, as the gospel; it is another gospel, which cannot and will not give Eternal life.

What will the true Gospel do?

The true gospel will convert evil people to do good and thereby they will inherit the kingdom in heaven. John 3:19-21 say that people are two kinds, evil and true. Evil doers will not come to the Light, who is God; but people of truth come to God for their deeds to be made manifest. We have good and evil people by our standard of our society or culture. These evil people may be converted to be doers of truth by the power of God, and they may inherit the kingdom of God in heaven.
